Bio:

Educational Background:  Tim holds a fire technology certification from Santa Rosa Junior College.  He is working on finishing his Associates Degree and continuing to attain his Bachelor’s Degree in Business as well as his California State Fire Marshal Training. 

Career History:  Tim started in the fire service as a volunteer firefighter with Wilmar Volunteer Fire Department in 1997. He also served as a firefighter with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection from 1999-2004.  Tim has also served as a volunteer firefighter with Cloverdale Fire Protection District and a part-time engineer from 2009-2011 at the Russian River Fire Protection District.  Tim was hired on full-time at Rancho Adobe as an Engineer in 2004, was promoted to Captain in 2011, and then promoted to Battalion Chief in 2024. 

Special Projects:  Tim serves as the SRJC internship coordinator, Training Cadre instructor, fire mechanic for Fleet Maintenance and performs grant writing.

Hobbies:  Tim enjoys sports, hiking, camping, fishing and time out on a boat on the water.
