For fire plan submittals within the City of Cotati, please fill out the application below and return to the Rancho Adobe Fire Protection District email at prevention@rafd.org. An invoice will be generated and emailed back to you.  Plans will not be approved or released until the fee is paid.  Average turn-around time for plan review is 2-3 weeks.

Fees can be paid in person, Tuesday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Penngrove Fire Station, 11000 Main Street, Penngrove. Checks can be mailed to Rancho Adobe Fire District, PO Box 1029, Penngrove, CA 94951. Payment through our website is preferred:
